Charles Black has been an Executive Search Consultant specializing in high-impact leadership talent across the corporate world. With over thirty years of experience in talent acquisition at well known corporations (Dell, AMD, Apple, Freescale..ect.) Charles has acted as a trusted advisor to both scaling startups and Fortune 500 organizations. Throughout his career, Charles has successfully spearheaded hundreds of executive-level and highly specialized technical searches, leveraging a deep understanding of the passive-talent network and a data-driven approach to human capital. Known for his keen understanding of search techniques and identifying hard to find talent, he doesn’t just match resumes to job descriptions; he aligns long-term corporate vision with leadership capability.

Prior to his current role, Charles held senior recruitment positions at numerous high tech corporations, where he managed full-cycle recruiting and specialized market mapping. Throughout his 30 year career Charles has coached individuals in job search and has utilized his corporate experience to help qualified candidates find their dream opportunities.
